Product introduction
This specification covers killed carbon- manganese-silicon steel plates intended for welded pressure vessels in service at moderate and lower temperatures. As a steel making practice, the steel shall be killed and shall conform to specified fine austenitic grain size requirements. Plates are normally supplied in the as-rolled condition.
A612 steel plate are commonly used throughout the oil industry including inshore and offshore, A612 steel plate can also be used for the petrochemical industry and the gas production industry.
